ADHD-Tennis is located in Barron Park in Bay Area, California, USA. This non-profit organization was founded by Dr.Jose Li and Dr. Lisa Yang in 2006. Jose is a certified United State Professional Tennis Association ( USPTA) developmental coach.

  • A Ph.D, from Cornell University, Jose is also an active speaker and author in local/national sport education advocacy forums.

    In 50 years, tennis play has evolved from classical to modern style. Tennis teaching is also greatly changed accordingly.

    Tennis is a difficult game. For instance, tennis forehand stroke involves some of the most un-natural motions of the human body.
