For the at-risk population, our role is to gather as much relevant information as possible about a child and then plan for educational, therapeutic and, sometimes, behavioral interventions appropriate to the child's and family's needs, goals and desires.
We travel constantly throughout the U.S. and, abroad, visiting and evaluating schools and programs. Our consultants keep current with program offerings, staff changes and population mix at hundreds of facilities. We routinely follow-up with our families and the children we have placed, to better understand elements such as communication, efficacy of treatment, emotional safety, etc. We are a pioneer in the integration of diagnostic testing in the planning process.
The child's interests are considered foremost in making our recommendations.
Families hire us privately to provide these services.
Our company accepts no fees from programs or schools in order to maintain our independence in the evaluation and placement process.
