MOVE (Mobility Opportunities Via Education/Experience) helps children and adults with severe disabilities acquire more abilities (and independence) to sit, stand, walk and transition. This is achieved through instruction and adaptive equipment.

Center for Disability Services D/B/A MOVE is headquartered in Albany, NY and provides support to MOVE Model Sites throughout the U.S., Australia, and New Zealand.

What is a MOVE™ Model Site?

MOVE Model Sites are independent facilities (school sites and adult day programs) where parents, teachers, therapists, support providers and administrators utilize the MOVE Program throughout their facility at an exceptional level. The MOVE concepts and techniques are facilitated by a certified MOVE International Trainer and the entire staff is trained as MOVE Basic Providers.

These sites have been deemed a MOVE Model Site by MOVE International due to their exceptional implementation of the program and their high goals for all individuals.

MOVE Model Sites host visitors who would like to see the MOVE Program in Action. Contact MOVE International to set up a visit at any of the sites listed below.
