Music Together

Music Together is a developmentally appropriate music and movement program that is enjoyable for young children and people who love them.Music is a universal language. It transcends boundaries and reaches beyond culture to touch the depths of our souls, express our common emotions, and inspire us all. Now serving more than 3,000 communities in over 40 countries, Music Together connects families and communities across the globe as they express and explore our basic human instinct for making music. While Music Together’s Mixed-age Class is not therapeutic intervention, children with special needs, including physical, cognitive, or neurological impairments, are welcome and often thrive in Music Together Mixed-age Classes, with our “accept and include” philosophy, our understanding of developmentally appropriate practice, and our respect for different learning styles. Music Together has a board-certified music therapist on staff who helps teachers and center directors with adaptations as needed. Your family is welcome!

We also have a program called Music Together Within Therapy for eligible clinicians who want to use our curriculum and materials as part of their clinical interventions.

A number of board-certified music therapists, speech therapists, counselors, and other qualified clinicians offer individual and small-group clinical services using our recordings, songbooks, and other materials designed for clinical use.
