NCI Affiliates, Inc. was established 1979 as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation. NCI’s corporate office is located in Paso Robles, CA, and provides community based vocational and community living programs and services to disabled adults from Northern Santa Barbara County through the Central Coast up to Monterey County.
Our philosophy is that in order to be an effective program, we must work in partnership with the individual and his/her support network. We have effectively demonstrated that individuals with even the most severe limitations can be gainfully employed and become contributing members of their respective communities if appropriate support is developed and maintained.
NCI’s Supported and Independent Living Services (SLS/ILS) provide assistance to individuals who wish to live in the community independently. These services promote a safe, self-sufficient and communal lifestyle.
NCI’s Activity Center provides individualized services to promote education in daily living skills, safety concerns, social skills, mobility training, physical development, vocational skills, the effective use of one’s leisure time and assessing community resources.
Provides accommodated employment in house and in the community. Bring the job to us or we can pick it up. Anything from light assembly, packaging, collating, bulk mail, paper shredding and so much more!
