NOTE:  PHP is moving and will be closed July 21-31.  We will re-open at our new location August 1.  We will not have a playgroup in August.  The next Integrated Playgroup will be on September 6. It will be posted on the calendar in early August.  Have a great summer!

Parents Helping Parents' Integrated Playgroup for children birth through 5 and their parents/caregivers meets on the first Saturday of the month from 10am to noon.  This summer we will meet only in July.  PHP is moving to a new site in late July.  There will be no Integrated Playgroup in August.  The September playgroup at our new site will be on September 6.

The playgroup is a parent participation program, an opportunity for parents and children to play and share activities  with each other.  The Integrated Playgroup leader, Danielle, has experience working with families with young children with special needs in an early intervention program. For the playgroup our Family Room and garden are transformed into a child-friendly, safe, and stimulating environment with a variety of developmentally-appropriate activities for the children and parents/caregivers to enjoy together. Snack is provided.

As you accompany your child to activities that draw his/her interest, you may have the opportunity to chat informally with other parents who are next to you. New families and caregivers are always welcome. Registration is required. Please reserve your space here or by calling Parents Helping Parents (408) 727-5775. If your child has any special needs, please help us to help your child have fun by providing information about anything you would like us to know.

If you have registered and find that you are unable to attend, please call the PHP receptionist as soon as possible to cancel your registration, so we may invite someone from the waitlist to join us. The Calendar listing for next month's playgroup will be posted on the Monday following this one.

Online registration has changed on our new website. To register online, you must create an account and choose a password. 

If you already have done that you may just "sign in", go to the event listing and reserve your space. 

If you do not yet have an account and password, click on "sign in" found in the upper right corner. Create a new account. A temporary password will be emailed to you immediately. Log in with your temporary password and change your password to something you can easily remember.  Go to the event listing and reserve your space. Once you have created an account you can log in whenever you want to reserve space at a PHP event.
