Organize Your Child's Records

Bring your childs educational records and spend some time with PHP Education Department staff while you put everything in order.

What a great way to start the school year. Imagine having all of your records in chronological order and knowing where everything is! Regrettably; no childcare is available, please make other arrangements for your child or children.



Please bring your own lunch. Bring a friend if you like but be sure to register so we know how many will attend. PHP will supply binders for all registered attendees. Please bring other related supplies such as dividers and labels. PHP Education Department staff will be there to facilitate a lively conversation, and show a powerpoint on organizing.


A fragrance-free environment can result in a safer environment for some PHP staff as well as family and professional participants. Your support is requested by attending meetings and appointments scent-free


If you do not currently have a copy of your child's educational records, you may make a written request to your child's school and the school should provide a copy within five business days.
