Some adolescents demonstrate their anger by screaming or swearing, causing damage to property or by hurting others or themselves. Through real life examples, you will learn how to teach your volatile adolescent to manage anger at home, at school and in the community. Parents will learn ways to control their own anger while exploring techniques that will help their children. This class is an opportunity to equip yourself with a broad base of knowledge specific to building anger management skills and techniques.
