WHAT: Representatives from agencies and service providers that assist people with disabilities will be on hand to explain their respective programs.
INVITED:
• Students who are 1-2 years from graduation
• Parents wanting to explore programs and services for their high school student or adult no longer in school
• Teachers needing to collect information for transition planning
• Any education or agency personnel who want more information about adult services
Come! Locate resources and services that meet the needs of individuals of all abilities transitioning to adulthood, or adults looking for additional resources.
