Using a well designed video curriculum as our base, we will cover:

Detailed demonstrations of showering, bathing, shampooing, bathroom clean-up, hand washing, and good hygiene associated with menstruation and with elimination.

With the help of our "Video Models" and our on-screen medical expert, the participants will see clear, step-by-step demonstrations of essential everyday hygiene practices that promote social approval and health.
