Parents and caregivers of children with bipolar disorder are encouraged to attend. Come and share your experiences and concerns with others who understand your fears and frustrations. You are not alone.

The focus of this group is to establish parent-to-parent support, share resources, and provide a forum for education about all aspects of childhood bipolar disorder.  The group is run by a volunteer parent facilitator.  Note that this group is for parents and caregivers.  Please reserve your space below or by calling PHP. Please note that if the fees are a financial hardship, there are informal scholarships available.

We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of most months, 7-9 p.m., at Parents Helping Parents, Sobrato Center for Nonprofits – San Jose. We usually meet in PHP Meeting Room 1. 

Note that we are located on PARKMOOR, not Moorpark.  For best directions please visit http://www.php.com/directions .  The sign in front of the building says "Sobrato Center for Nonprofits".  If the front parking lot is full, there is additional parking in the rear.  Turn right onto Parkmoor, right onto Race Street at the light after the light rail tracks, and then turn right into the first or second driveway.  There is a rear entrance to the building.
