Pete will discuss the brand new case from the Ninth Circuit, March 11, 2010, in which the Court upheld the finding that the school "district representatives' testimony about being open to considering alternative placements incredible, and found credible the mother's testimony . . . [concluding that the child's] placement was predetermined . . . [and that] the procedural requirements of the IDEA were violated . . ."
