Employment and Community Options is non-profit organization that educates and empowers low-income adults with developmental disabilities with the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve their personal goals and optimum potential in life. We are proud of the role we play in connecting businesses that need reliable workers with low-income adults looking to secure meaningful work. Through our 100% community-based work model, we foster interactive participation with businesses and the general public rather than isolate program participants in a sheltered environment.

Our profound community impact is evident in five counties throughout California including San Diego, San Bernardino, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and Alameda. Our efforts have been launched locally, but as our programs expand to a statewide scale, we realize we are part of something bigger.
