Provide neuropsychological, educational and psychodiagnostic evaluations of children, adolescents and young adults with a broad range of neurocognitive issues (e.g. learning disabilities, language delays, attention deficits, executive functioning deficits, problems with self/affect-regulation, social-emotional difficulties) as well as gifted students with LD, and other neurodevelopmental issues(Autism Spectrum Disorders (Asperger’s, NLD, PDD), that are having a significant impact on neurocognitive functioning.
Additionally, provide private neuropsychological/functional evaluation of medically referred patients whose neurodevelopment has been impacted by various medical and psychiatric conditions, referred through the departments of neurosurgery, neurology, hematology/oncology, genetics, developmental/behavioral pediatrics, and psychiatry. Functional neurocognitive assessment includes a broad range of patients who have medical conditions and treatments ranging from brain tumors (resection and/or chemotherapy and/or radiation), sickle cell anemia, spina bifida, neurofibromatosis, fragile X, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy/seizure disorders, as well as medical/psychiatric and psychiatric conditions such as neuropsychiatric lupus, pediatric bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, oppositional-defiant disorders and thought disorders.
