PHP has a team of staff that are here to speak with you on the phone or meet with you in person (please make appointment) to assist you in identifying the resources, services and information that best meets your needs.
We do that by listening to your needs, helping to sort out what is available at PHP, in the community, through public benefits and private providers.
The staff speak Spanish, Vietnamese, Hindi, and Gujurati in the office. We have access to those that speak additional languages to assist through the mentor/support parent program.
What makes PHP different?
PHP staff are not only supportive and knowledgable about the many resources in the community, we are also parents of children with varying special needs and are on this journey along side of you.
We live your challenges, share your fears and your joys, we find great delight in small gains and recognize that are not always visible to the world in which we live.
PHP now offers daytime monthly support meetings and hosts evening events, including Sharing the Journey to better support families of young children whose families are entering new systems of care.
Please join us at one of our upcoming morning coffees. See the event listings for details.
We look forward to serving you and learning how we can better meet your needs. Please feel free to email me with any thoughts, unmet needs or ideas you have. trudy@php.com
