Have you ever wondered why when we try to change a habit or bahavior it usually resurfaces? This is because our conscious willpower usually cannot compete with the power of the subconscious mind.
Guided Imagery uses the mind and the imagination to activate the body's own natural resources for relaxation, health and balance. Stress management is no exception. Clinical Hypnotherapy is shown to be effective in helping individuals manage stress. Each session is designed to help acheive specific goal.
