The Education Department at Parents Helping Parents has created over 50 “E-Packets” (E for electronic) with educational resources for parents of children with special needs. E-Packets are lists of websites organized by topics related to special education laws and Individual Education Programs (IEPs). The titles on an E-Packet list are links to those websites that you can click on and go to directly from your home or public library computer.
