Whole Kids Therapy
Moira Sullivan, MS, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist who has experience working with children who have a variety of diagnoses, including but not limited to:
- Prematurity
- Cerebral Palsy
- Orthopedic Injuries
- Developmental Delay
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Genetic/Metabolic Disorders
- Sensory Processing/Modulation Disorder
Moira uses a holistic approach that promotes healthy development in the child while honoring and supporting their relationship with their family and the community. A graduate of San Jose State University (1999), she has advanced training in sensory integration, visual perception and visual-motor integration, DIR Floortime, oral motor rehabilitation, strength and endurance training, and myofascial release.
Moira works in conjunction with Early Start, First 5, school districts, private clinics, and with a variety of professionals including psychologists, psychiatrists, developmental/behavioral pediatricians, pediatricians, speech/language pathologists, mental health professionals, teachers, education therapists, behavior specialists, music and art therapists. Her background in working with a wide variety of children of all abilities makes her qualified to assess, interpret, understand and work with families to develop a plan that will help a child achieve their highest potential.
Group Therapy in conjunction with a Speech/Language Pathologist (Sarah Paulson, MA, CCC-SLP) and/or Psychologist (Yana Peleg, PhD).
