Learn about different types of colleges and considerations when developing a college list. We will also touch on different aspects of preparation for the college application process. Content is appropriate for all high school students, especially Junior and Seniors.
About the presenter: Marci Schwartz, LCSW, Ph.D.

Dr. Marci Schwartz is the founder of Thrive College Counseling in Los Gatos where she works with students with unique learning profiles.  She guides students in understanding the differences between high school and college, and the college readiness skills needed for a successful transition to college.  She also provides support in locating the best college fit to meet their educational and social/emotional needs. She is an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine.
