The Family Resource Center (FRC)/Family Empowerment Center (FEC) of San Mateo County invites you to participate in this training, this will be an overview of In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS).
Topics that will be discussed include the following: eligibility for IHSS; description of general services under IHSS; Protective Supervision; Paramedical Services; the application process for IHSS; and the process of appealing a denial of IHSS or reduction in hours. Time at the end of the presentation will be provided for audience questions & answers.
