Neurodiverse means more than autism these days; it also includes ADHD, learning differences, 2e, gifted, anxiety and mood disorders, etc.
This special interest and support group, referred to as PNHS for short, is for parents of neurodiverse high schoolers preparing for college, looking for job experience, and moving towards independence. The group is also appropriate for those with neurodiverse high schoolers who are stressed out by thinking about college, refuse to visit colleges, struggle in their high school classes, overwhelmed by life today, and have difficulty getting out of the house.
Meet on Zoom with volunteer facilitators who are also parents of current neurodiverse college students! They will share their experience and thoughts with the participating parents of high schoolers. Bring your questions!
