What are the educational options for students with disabilities who exit High School with a certificate of completion and not a diploma? Most students will attend post-secondary programs through their school district or county.
A panel of representatives from various districts in Santa Clara County will be describing their post secondary programs and informing families on how to best participate and prepare their youths to this educational step after the high school years. There will also be time for questions at the end of the discussion.
