Please join the Family Resource Center (FRC)/Family Empowerment Center (FEC) of San Mateo County for this training on disability-related reasonable accommodations in higher education.
Topics that will be discussed include:
– A student’s right to disability-related reasonable accommodations from a public or private college or university
– Federal and state laws that provide for disability-related reasonable accommodations in college or university settings
– The complaint process if a college or university denies a student a disability-related reasonable accommodation
