This introductory course for adults with developmental disabilities covers basic kitchen safety, basic menu planning, and preparing simple dishes. Menus will include breakfast, lunch, dinners, and desserts. Class inclused lecture, observation, and hands on preparation. Class is conducted in a teaching kitchen that utilizes gas burners.
