October 17, 2020 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Stanbridge Academy invites you to our Fall Open House event on Saturday, October 17. Being mindful of safety protocols and procedures, we are coordinating scheduled, individualized tours of our campus throughout the day, allowing interested families to see our facilities and meet in-person with some of our teachers, support staff, and administrative team. Please note, pre-registration is required.
From 10:00 AM to noon, we will be welcoming families interested in learning more about our Elementary Division (grades K–5). In early-September, Stanbridge Academy met the requirements of the County of San Mateo’s Department of Health to reopen our campus in a limited capacity so that our elementary students could have the option of in-person instruction. While some of our younger students continue to attend school via remote learning from home, many others returned to our campus classrooms when we reopened. We are happy to give visitors a firsthand look at our elementary classrooms so you can see how we have safely adapted our facilities for students and staff.
From 1:00 to 3:00 PM, we will open our facilities to families interested in Middle School and High School (grades 6–12). While our campus remains closed for students in these grades, facility upgrades over the summer ensure that we are well-prepared to welcome back our upper grades once it becomes safe and prudent to do so. You will be able to see these upgrades for yourself, as well as learn how some of our teachers are currently using their classrooms to reach our students who are distance-learning this fall.
