June 13, 2023 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM
Do you have a child ages 0-3 with developmental delays or a disability?
PHP’s Early Childhood 0 to 3 Program invites you to a presentation about Early Intervention Services available to babies and toddlers, we will learn about:
– The IFSP or Individual Family Service Plan, and how it’s created
– What happens when your child is almost 3? Will your child need an Individualized Education Program?
– What other options and services exist for preschoolers?
Presentation followed by support group time.
The Early Childhood Support Group (previously Parent Cafe) offers a safe space where parents and caregivers can talk in a relaxed way about the challenges of raising children. We strive to create a judgment-free environment where you can share experiences and resources. You will be able to meet other parents of young children and share your great tips.
Moderated by a PHP Resource Specialist, we will plan a different theme monthly, we will share information and valuable resources, and answer your questions.
Join our group! Connecting with other families will help make the road smoother.
*This event is sponsored by the Department of Disability Services (DDS).
