You are not alone…come to learn, share, and receive support during difficult times so that you can bring balance to your life!

SOS stands for Saving Our Sanity and is a weekly support group for parents and caregivers of children with special needs. Parenting can be hard at times…and when your family includes someone with special needs, it can be all the more difficult and overwhelming. Parents Helping Parents understands this and offers this support group led by an LMFT, licensed marriage and family therapist. During each 1-hour session, there are 15-minutes of “help and hope” shared by the LMFT on a topic that changes each week, followed by time for guests to share their struggles, victories, and support each other.

SOS just ended its meetings for the spring semester.
We’ll have fall dates ready to share with you soon.
