Supplemental Security Income (SSI) is a federal program designed to assist individuals over 65, those who are blind, or people with disabilities (including children) by providing financial support to cover basic needs such as food, clothing, and shelter.

Parents Helping Parents offers training specifically for Vietnamese-speaking families who are interested in applying for SSI. This training is intended for parents of children or adults with disabilities who need to navigate the SSI application process, as well as adults seeking to apply for SSI themselves to enhance their independence. Professionals interested in understanding the SSI application process are also welcome to attend.
