PHP began as an all volunteer agency until 1984.  PHP can only succeed through the support of volunteers.  

PHP is currently seeking volunteers to act as support and information group liaisons. These individuals will call the parents/professionals that have RSVP'd and remind them of the event, offer directions and any additional information about the event. 

Support parents are always sought to talk with other family members.

There are some volunteer positions that require fingerprinting.  These involve working directly with children.
