Adult Day Programs
Access Community Day Program (ACDP) is a community based adult day program that provides support, guidance, and training to adults with developmental disabilities in order for them to function as independent individuals that will participate with volunteer groups and pursue their own path to be a part of the community.
100% Community Access and Integration
All individuals, regardless of the challenges of their disability, will be offered an opportunity to pursue goals derived from individualized plans according to the information obtained from a Person Centered Meeting Plan.
