The Almaden Valley Counseling Service envisions a community where everyone has access to affordable mental health counseling. AVCS is a community-based, nonprofit counseling agency committed to meeting the mental health concerns of all ages with an emphasis on youth. AVCS offers a full range of counseling services which supports and promotes personal growth, positive family relationships and emotional well-being.

2024-2025 Parenting Class Schedule
***All classes will be conducted online via Zoom until further notice***

Winter 2025:

Pre-School Class – Mondays, Jan. 13 – Feb. 24 (7 Weeks), 6-8pm

School-Age Class – Tuesdays, Jan. 14 – Feb. 25 (7 Weeks), 6-8pm

Teenage Class – Wednesdays, Jan. 15 – Feb. 26 (7 Weeks), 6-8pm

Co-Parenting Class – Thursdays, Jan. 16 – Mar. 6 (8 Weeks), 6-8pm

Spring 2025:

Pre-School Class – Mondays, Mar. 24 – May 5 (7 Weeks), 6-8pm

School-Age Class – Tuesdays, Mar. 25 – May 6 (7 Weeks), 6-8pm

Teenage Class – Wednesdays, Mar. 26 – May 7 (7 Weeks), 6-8pm

Co-Parenting Class – Thursdays, Mar. 27 – May 15 (8 Weeks), 6-8pm

Summer 2025:

Pre-School Class – Mondays, June 9 – July 21 (7 Weeks), 6-8pm

School-Age Class – Tuesdays, June 10 – July 22 (7 Weeks), 6-8pm

Teenage Class – Wednesdays, June 11 – July 23 (7 Weeks), 6-8pm

Co-Parenting Class – Thursdays, June 12 – July 31 (8 Weeks), 6-8pm

Sliding scale fee- based upon ability to pay
