At Beyond Behavior Therapy, we provide compassionate, BCBA-led behavioral services to children and young adults (ages 3-22) with disabilities and complex social, emotional, and functional needs. Our approach is centered on empowering both the individual and their support system through personalized interventions that promote meaningful growth across home, school, and community settings.

We specialize in addressing executive functioning skills, emotional regulation, and social development, using evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Our services include Telehealth and in-person therapy, caregiver training, school consultation, and social skills groups, making us accessible to families across California and beyond.

Collaboration is at the core of what we do. We work closely with parents, caregivers, and educators to develop strategies that foster skill generalization and long-term success. By providing individualized support and practical tools, we help our clients build autonomy and thrive in all areas of their lives.

My name is Kellie Bohlke, and I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the founder of Beyond Behavior Therapy. I provide compassionate, individualized support for children and young adults (ages 3–22) who may have disabilities or other complex needs that impact their social, emotional, or daily living skills.

Through Beyond Behavior Therapy, I offer one-on-one ABA therapy, caregiver and educator training, and both virtual and in-person social skills groups. I specialize in supporting individuals who may not always qualify for intensive services but still benefit from targeted, personalized support to thrive at home, in school, and in their communities.

I work closely with parents and caregivers through Telehealth-based consultations, helping them better understand their child’s behavior and build practical strategies for meaningful growth. My approach is collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in both Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My goal is to empower families with tools that promote connection, confidence, and long-term success in everyday life.
