Burton Park

Over 70% of the play area at Burton Park Playgrounds can accessed by all children regardless of physical ability. A native plant landscaping is included in the play areas. There is a sand area and a water spray area that is active in the Spring, Summer and Fall months.

In addition to the playground, Burton Park currently contains Madsen softball diamond, Flanagan baseball field, a large soccer field, three tennis courts, two full basketball courts, a tennis practice court, two horseshoe pits, the Kiwanis Recreation Building, two children’s play areas (one completely fence-enclosed and each with a play structure, slide, and swings), park benches, picnic tables, barbecue pits, and a turfed play area. The park has extensive landscaping throughout, including a number of mature trees.
