The goal of the CATCH suite of Family Services is one of education, guiding, coaching and encouragement; a mission to help families move past the period of crisis that a diagnosis of autism brings, and to empower moms and dads to retake their rightful role as parents, gently guiding their ASD child one step at a time to remediate the core deficits of autism. By teaching parents to learn to expect more out of their ASD child, they can have an active role in preparing prepare them for long term independence, gainful employment, meaningful relationships and increased quality of life.  By showing them another way to engage with their child, we help mothers and fathers become the parents they always wanted to be.
