The mission of Developmental Learning Solutions is to offer comprehensive services to those who have learning disabilities/learning differences – to inspire self-esteem, and provide the tools necessary to achieve maximum potential.

DLS provides programs that are specifically designed to meet the needs of each individual.

Mr. Fleming has a Master’s degree in Special Education with concentrations in Learning Disabilities, and in Emotional Disturbances that Affect Learning, and is a board-certified educational therapist. He was Coordinator of the Cognitive Development Program at the Reading Center of George Washington University, and helped develop the Educational Therapy certificate program at University of California-Santa Cruz Extension Program where he teaches. He has also taught at University of California Berkeley Extension, Holy Names University, and George Washington University.

In his role as director of DLS, he oversees a staff of more than two dozen learning professionals. He also provides direct consultation, assessments & educational therapy, and in-depth training; he works as an advisor and board member to schools that serve students with learning differences.
