We provide representation for Federally Funded and Mandated Programs such as IHSS and Adoption Assistance (AAP). We help with the process of application, representation at due process, and continued support to keep the benefits we help the client obtain. Our staff is trained in the federal regulations that govern these programs.
Our office also provides support with Special Education matters and with our retained attorneys we can offer support with obtaining conservatorships and special needs trusts.
We work with any family who has a loved one both child or adult with a disability.
We do serve Spanish-speaking clients.
