Kerrie is a Family Fiduciary and Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC®) as a result of raising her
son with special needs. Kerrie has over 30 years’ experience in financial services where she has held
leadership positions with the most esteemed names in the financial services industry such as State Street,
Bank of New York Mellon, J.P. Morgan/Chase, and Wells Fargo. Currently, Kerrie helps fiduciaries and
human resources professionals develop employee benefit plans and solutions for families impacted by
disabilities. Ms. Lloyd has also worked with institutional fiduciaries who manage and sponsor a pooled
funds where she was also a registered lobbyist with the State of California.
Ms. Lloyd is also the author of Planning the Future for A Special Needs Child and she is the founder of
Integrative Solution Services LLC, where she provides consulting and collaboration tools to the disabilities
community. Kerrie is also a Doctor of Natural Health, NhD, and she is certified in Pivotal Response
Therapy for Autism through the Koegel Autism Center at Stanford University. Ms. Lloyd is additionally a
Self Determination Independent Facilitator through her completion of the California State Council of
Developmental Disabilities (www.scdd.ca.gov) webinar series.
Kerrie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance from California State University Fullerton where
she also joined the National Financial Management Honors Society. Kerrie also earned her Chartered Special
Needs Consultant (ChSNC®) designation in 2020 through The American College for Financial Services, a fully
accredited institution by the Middle States Commission of Higher Education. In 2019, Kerrie renewed her
Series 7 and 66 licenses, and she earned her Life, Variable, Health & Accident insurance contracts license
with the California Department of Insurance (license #0N08518).
Kerrie was on the Board of Directors for the California State Council for Developmental Disabilities and she
is a Past President and Board Member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits
Conference. Kerrie continues to participate in industry conferences and symposiums throughout the
United States and she is often asked to speak or moderate sessions for attendees.
