Lights of Hope
Lights of Hope Program Without Walls provides wide-open opportunities for adults 18 or older to maximize their community access and inclusion through a full schedule of activities to meet individualized need and interest rather than isolate Program participants in a sheltered environment.
Individuals are supported in a variety of different need areas including vocational skills, mobility training, skill assessment, activities of daily living, art, socialization skills, computer literacy, self-advocacy, communication skills, recreational leisure activities and structured volunteer activities. Our support staff will work with our participants and their support team to determine goals and preferences, and together plan a road map of success. Meaningful activities to engage in.
