LSA manages and operates 15 licensed, residential care homes in neighborhood settings in Santa Clara County.

Life Services Alternatives (LSA) is an organization that operates community-based homes to provide residential care and support for adults with developmental disabilities.  Our staff and the families of our residents collaborate closely to meet the needs of each individual. We have dedicated passionate staff who enjoy the work they do. Our residents are engaged in daily recreational, physical and educational activities that give them the opportunity to live personally satisfying and fulfilled lives in the community.

We provide two types of day programs: an optional in-home day program and a community-based day program, which is independent of our residential homes. Our programs are customized to the participants and offer the opportunity to:
