This group will help children and adolescents identify their fears and understand how to manage their anxiety. Your child will learn tools and techniques to alter his/her behavior or change the thoughts and reactions to situations that trigger anxiety. - Are Your Parents Separated or Getting a Divorce?
Children in this group will learn to cope with the feelings and uncertainties raised as a result of their parents’ separation or divorce. This group will provide kids with stability during a transitional time, allow them to share their feelings and thoughts, and teach them coping strategies.
