Oceanside is one of Santa Cruz County’s original Supported Living Services agencies.

Our Services

The Oceanside Supported Living Services program provides services to disabled adults who are supported by the San Andreas Regional Center.

We provide individualized services to the meet the individual’s daily living needs. These services include one-on-one instruction with a Supported Living Services (SLS) Case Manager as well as support staff that assist with personal care, household tasks, involvement in the community, and all aspects of daily living.

We accept individuals who need 24-hour support as well as those who only need minimal assistance throughout the week.

Our goal is to help the individuals we support live in a safe and comfortable environment while teaching them skills to become as independent as possible.

Each individual will have the opportunity to live where they desire (within their economic means), the right to determine with whom they live, the right to choose their support staff and the right to determine the extent of their involvement in the community.

Oceanside will assist with job placement, volunteer work, day programs and fun activities that enrich the lives of the individuals we serve.
