Services:
Film and Media Studio
Designed with Joey Travolta and Inclusion Films, this program teaches all aspects of film making. The goal is for graduates to obtain employment in the film & media industry.

Supported Employment Services
Participants gain a sense of purpose, responsibility and independence through employment. Job seekers are paired with Employment Specialists and Job Coaches to find their dream job and keep it.
Community Engagement Services
Every weekday, in small groups, participants explore options for work, recreation, friendships and more. Discover all that an active community life has to offer!
Tailored Day Services
From patenting an invention to joining clubs to achieving success in college or finding a great job, this fully customizable one-to one program is ideal for individuals who know what they want and need flexible support to achieve success.
Enhanced Community Engagement
Sometimes finding a place in the community can require more support and assistance. Individuals with significant behavioral challenges can now benefit from training and opportunities in the community to meet their personal short- and long-term goals. Highly trained staff offer extra care, attention and specialized instruction.
Social Enterprise Employment
Our three social enterprises – Poway Super Shredders, Vending Express and Feel Good Coffee Carts – offer training and employment opportunities in a small business environment.
Independent Living Services
Participants enjoy living independent and self-sufficient lives.
Comprehensive program teaching 20+ essential life skills ranging from meal preparation and money management to public transportation and community safety.
Comprehensive 8-step program for securing suitable community-based housing.
More than 200 individuals have participated in this program.
