Pro Bono Project is dedicated to representing clients of limited means and improving their access to justice. We focus on limited scope pro bono cases in family law, domestic violence, and consumer law.

General Overview of Services

If you have a legal problem in a civil matter in Santa Clara County and you live in this County of Santa Clara, but cannot afford a private attorney, we might be able to help.
Some of the services we can provide include:

  • Domestic Violence with/without Custody Matters
  • Reentry Civil Legal Services
  • Paternity Issues (referred to Pro Bono Project by the Court)

Our Lawyers in the Library clinics connect you with an attorney for a FREE 20-minute legal advice consultation. Our clinics are free of charge and are conducted by volunteer attorneys.
