Home dialysis begins with in-depth training by a knowledgeable and kind dialysis nurse until you’re comfortable doing treatments at home.
Supplies arrive at your home so you can perform your treatment on a schedule designed by you and your healthcare team. When you have a question, a dialysis nurse is ready to help you 24/7 by phone.
About once a month, you meet with your home dialysis care team – including your dialysis nurse, social worker, and dietitian – to make sure you’re as healthy as you can be.

Satellite Healthcare is very excited and proud to announce that our Watsonville treatment center is moving to a brand new, state-of-the-art facility at 5 Nielson Street in Watsonville, California.
The new center is a spacious facility located just moments away from the Watsonville Community Hospital. We’ve added more treatment stations outfitted with brand new, extra comfortable treatment chairs, which will allow for greater flexibility when it comes to scheduling treatment for our patients. The facility also has plenty of conveniently located parking, brand new furniture, new flat-screen TVs, and an updated modern look with a warm and welcoming feel.
Our new Watsonville center will offer both Center Hemodialysis as well as Nocturnal Center Hemodialysis, for those who prefer to sleep through their treatment. Our staff also speaks six different languages: English, Spanish, Tagalog, Portuguese, Ilocano, and Bisaya.
