To coordinate services and help improve the quality of life for the adult traumatic brain injury survivor and to promote awareness in the Orange County community of TBI issues and needs.

For eligible consumers we provide:

  • information and referral
  • assessments
  • case management
  • placement in low cost, accessible housing
  • placement in vocational programs (including competitive employment) and placement in day programs.We also offer a survivor’s speakers bureau for community education, and a survivors support group. Services are available Monday – Friday8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We are a state funded program thus there are no fees for our services.
