True Roots Nature School
Our school was founded in 2020. We wanted a school for our children ages 3-8. Our main goal is to provide a quality education that they could receive inside the “4 walls” of a traditional classroom yet make it more enriching by allowing them to experience these benefits while connecting in nature.
Our Children in Nature School Program is an alternative educational program for children ages 3-10. We provide child- led, play- based and place- based connection in nature. We are also well versed in and incorporate Common Core standards – California’s educational standards – in a unique and highly valuable way for children.
Summer Camp 2022
We will be offering two Summer Camp location options this year:
-Coastal Communities
-Los Gatos/Valley Communities
Our Summer Nature Camps will run
5 days per week from 9-2 in the Santa Cruz Area
3 days per week (Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays) from 9-2 in the Los Gatos/ San Jose area
