Student Support Services
Acknowledging that each child is uniquely created by God, endowed with a variety of talents and skills, and capable of learning, we believe it is our responsibility to offer specialized programs to enable students to reach their fullest potential. From classroom support by the teacher to one-on-one sessions, VCES provides a full range of services to support all students at their individual levels of learning.
The Student Support Services program is not a pullout or resource program, and does not include remedial special education classes. Thus, the needs of students with severe learning disabilities cannot be met through this program. The student who is best served through Valley Christian’s Student Support Services program is one who is able to succeed in a college-preparatory program with accommodations in the mainstream classroom and can self-advocate their needs to teachers with support.
