Well Minds

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who recently located to San Jose, CA from Oakland to start my private practice. As part of my efforts to include community outreach and education, I create specialized classes for parents to consume that are free.

I graduated from the Wright Institute in Berkeley in 2017 after first completing my practicum at Union City Youth and Family Services. Since then I have worked at West Coast Children’s Clinic from November 2017 to present day where I predominantly work with foster youth, families, and transition age youth seeking mental health services; often for the first time in their lives. 

In-person sessions will begin in San Jose, CA if desired once COVID-19 risks to clients are lessened. I am licensed to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California, and cannot practice outside of the state’s boundaries.
