Westside Family Resource & Empowerment Center
The Westside Coastal Family Resource Center provides information and support for families who have a member with a disability or who are at risk. They also provide the same support for professionals working with individuals who have disabilities. We work collaboratively with the community and the local coordinating councils. We are a special project of the Westside Regional Center and are funded by Part C/California Early Start which is administered by the department of Developmental Services. Westside Regional Center and a variety of community partners provide in-Kind support.
The Westside Coastal Family Resource Center area includes: Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Topanga Canyon, Calabasas, Malibu, Venice, Marina Del Rey, Mar Vista, Culver City, Playa Del Rey, Westchester, Inglewood, El Segundo, Lennox, Hawthorne, and Gardena.

The WFREC houses a lending library accessible to the WRC community.
