I am an Independent Facilitator and Self-Determination Planner in the SF Bay Area area, I am a parent of an adult child served by the RC system. I received my IF certification in Nov 2020 and since then have been helping helping children and adult develop their Person-Centered Planning, assisting them through the entire process to enter Self-Determination
